Think of this as a facial that works on a much deeper level. The Energy Point Facial is a safe, non-surgical way to soften the signs of ageing and enhance your skin’s natural vitality. It is a holistic approach to skin health that supports your body’s own regenerative processes so you can feel radiant, grounded and deeply relaxed while ageing gracefully and naturally.

What to Expect
Your session begins with a personalised consultation to discuss your skin goals. Ultra-fine, sterile needles are then placed in precise points on your face and sometimes the body to stimulate collagen, circulation and muscle tone.
You will then relax in a peaceful setting for around 20 to 25 minutes, allowing the treatment to work from the inside out. To finish, Teresa uses a gua sha technique with a therapeutic skin serum, leaving your complexion lifted, nourished and glowing.
Treatment time: approximately 50 minutes
When You Will See Results
Many people notice subtle changes after 3 to 4 sessions, with more visible results around sessions 6 to 8. For best results, a course of 10 weekly treatments is recommended, followed by monthly or seasonal maintenance to keep your glow going.
- Because the Energy Point Facial works with your body’s natural healing process, results vary. With the right care, they can last anywhere from 1 to 5 years.
Meet Teresa
With over 20 years as a registered remedial massage therapist and more than 8 years of dry needling expertise, Teresa has an exceptional understanding of the body. She is currently completing a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has undertaken specialist training in cosmetic needling. Her treatments follow insurance-approved protocols and are delivered with the highest standard of safety, ethics and client care.
