Product Returns (Retail Items Only)

We want you to love every product you purchase from Reveal. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • To begin a return, email us at mount@revealyou.co.nz.

  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

What Can’t Be Returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders or personalised items

  • Hazardous or flammable items

Reveal’s Treatment Resolution Policy

At Reveal, we’re committed to helping you look and feel your best. Our team uses high-quality products and proven methods to deliver exceptional results, but if your experience doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Hair Services

Hair Colour

  • Results can vary due to hair history, undertones, and condition.

  • If you’re not happy, contact us within 7 days.

  • We’ll arrange a complimentary colour correction with your original or a senior stylist.

  • Refunds are generally not offered due to the product and time already used.

Cuts & Styling

  • Not quite right? Let us know before you leave the salon and we can make minor tweaks.

  • If you reach out after your appointment, we may offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed cuts or styling.

Qiqi Smoothing Treatment

  • Designed to reduce frizz and loosen curl, not fully straighten.

  • If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days.

  • We’ll reassess and may offer a complimentary re-application if suitable.

  • A partial refund or salon credit may be considered in some cases.

Skin, Body & Beauty Treatments

  • For adverse product reactions, notify us as soon as possible. We’ll assess and provide support.

  • Proven product reactions may qualify for a partial refund or salon credit.

  • If you’re unhappy with a treatment result, let us know within 48 hours. If appropriate, we may offer a complimentary alternative treatment of equal or lesser value.

General Policy Notes

  • Concerns must be raised within the stated timeframes.

  • Proof of service or purchase may be required.

  • All refund or credit decisions are at the discretion of Reveal management.


Additional Notes

Retail Exchanges

  • Unopened products: Refundable within 14 days.

  • Faulty items: Eligible for exchange.

Gift Cards

  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
