Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within New Zealand
We offer standard shipping via NZ Post or a trusted courier partner. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

Local to Mount Maunganui? Select Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our flagship location at 206A Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui 3116. We'll notify you when it's ready.

Delays & Issues
Once your parcel has left our hands, we’re not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at mount@revealyou.co.nz and we’ll do our best to help.
