Meet Cindy
Owner & Director
Cindy founded Reveal in 2016 with one big idea: what if you didn’t have to choose between clinic-level results and a luxury experience? With a background in advertising, marketing, and graphic design and a career that started on the other side of the world, she brought a fresh perspective to the beauty space in New Zealand. The goal? A place where treatments actually work, but still feel like a treat.
Behind the scenes is where Cindy thrives. As Reveal’s creative director (and self-appointed tester-in-chief), she’s the one who obsessively tries every product, builds the brand you’ve come to love, and makes sure the team has everything they need to shine. She’s all about systems, strategy, and never hugging anyone in the break room.
Her go-to? Microneedling and anything hyaluronic. Low maintenance by nature, she believes great skin and the right treatments should make life easier, not more complicated.
The last person you'd expect to own salons? Maybe. But she’s built Reveal to be anything but expected.
