It's a fair question and it deserves a straight answer.
How skin actually works
Your skin cells turn over roughly every 28 days. Each corrective treatment - whether that's CIT, IPL or a Powerhouse Facial - triggers a response in your skin. Collagen production ramps up, pigmentation starts to break down, cell turnover accelerates. That response takes time to fully run its course.
By the time your next appointment comes around four weeks later, that process has completed and your skin is sitting at a new baseline - a better one than before. The second treatment then triggers the same response, but from that improved starting point. The third treatment takes it further again.
That's the compounding effect. Each session builds on the last and the results stack in a way that one single treatment simply cannot replicate.
What one treatment actually does
One session of CIT, IPL or a corrective peel will give you a result. Your skin will look and feel different in the days after. You'll notice improved texture, a bit more clarity, some plumping. It's real and it's worth having.
But it's the beginning of a process, not the full outcome. Think of it like going to the gym once. You'll feel it the next day. You won't see the body change you're after.
What three treatments does
By treatment three, clients often describe a shift that feels qualitatively different to what they noticed after treatment one. Not just better skin - different skin. Texture that's genuinely smoother. Pigmentation that's visibly clearer. Firmness that wasn't there before. The kind of result that makes people notice something has changed even if they can't put their finger on exactly what.

Why winter is the right time to commit
Three treatments spaced four weeks apart takes three months. June, July and August is exactly that window - and it's the best possible window because your skin isn't getting daily UV exposure, swimming in salt water or dealing with the disruption that summer brings.
You start in June, do the work through July and August and arrive at spring with skin that's had a proper corrective programme run on it. That's a meaningful outcome.

Yes.
